Time for goal-setting, guided reflection or focussed application support.

Sessions may work through a mentoring as well as a coaching lens, depending on the context.  Meetings are face to face or remote, with flexible timing to suit busy work patterns, commitments or time zones. Sessions last up to 90 minutes and a written summary is provided to guide your reflections.

One-off session: £95 

Short series: £90 each for up to 3 sessions, plus a 30 minute “chemistry check”. 

Continuing session rate: reduces to £80 if continuing beyond the first 3.

A package combining longer coaching or mentoring sessions with shorter, on-demand virtual check-ins, over 5 hours in total.  

For example - when focussing on a live career issue such as an active job-search / application, we can agree a combination to suit your needs.

Sample plans for sessions could follow:

2 x 90 minutes sessions, plus 6 x 20 minutes

4 x 1 hour sessions, plus 3 x 20 minutes

3 x 1 hour sessions, plus 4 x 30 minutes

Plans can be adjusted to respond to changing situations (e.g. an interview invitation, a job offer).

Package cost for 5 hours in total: £400 

Workshops, mentor or mentee training, also consultancy and guidance on setting up/ evaluating mentoring schemes. 

Full day: £700.00
