I’m a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and follow the Global Code of Ethics. 

I hold an MA in Coaching & Mentoring Practice, with two peer-reviewed published research articles, which underpinned a Cardiff University impact case study in REF 2021.

I’m a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, with over 35 years in people development practice.

I’m British Psychological Society approved in use of occupational profiling tools, and also in specific tools e.g. MBTI, Strengths Profile.
